Each can be used independently.
You can use right earbud to connect device A firstly while the left earbud is in the charging case or power off status, once connected, then take the left earbud over 10 meters away until the left earbud is disconnected from device A, then use left earbud to connect device B.

If you want both earbud to connect to the same device, follow below:
Please put both earbud into the charging case, wait for a while, then take them out together, one earbud flashes blue slowly, another earbud flashes red and blue alternately, then open the bluetooth setting of your device, search T17 to connect.
When both earbuds connected to device A, you want both earbuds to connect to device B instead, please disconnect them from device A firstly.
